• Tenant referencing and credit checks
• Property maintenance coordination

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain your property in good condition (landlords)
• Respect the property and neighbors (tenants)

4. Fees and Payments

Our fees are clearly outlined in our service agreements. Payment terms vary depending on the service provided. All fees are subject to VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fox Grove Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Property Information

While we strive to ensure all property information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details. Prospective tenants should verify all information independently. Property availability is subject to change without notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate our services in accordance with the terms set out in the specific service agreement. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
